Not only have many of our recruits have found fulfilling careers in the maritime field, but they have become CEO's, politicians, professors, airline pilots, technology workers and more.
As a new recruit, you will start as an Ensign, and if you work hard, you will quickly move up in rank. Most of our recruits move up two ranks within the first year.
All new recruits are paired up and mentored by those with more experience, increasing the opportunity to learn and grow, developing confidence and proficiency.
As you grow, so will your responsibilities. Everyone brings value to our team. You will also conduct many missions within our world wide domain.
In addition to our traditional maritime track, you will have the opportunity to select specialized tracks, including our super elite Shadow Team, providing a more personalized experience to reach your goals in life.
After years of hard work, some of our recruits have reached unimaginable goals, such as captaining their own vessel. The sky's your limit, or as we say, the sea's your limit.
Our ships have circumnavigated the globe on a routine basis and our enlisted quickly become world travelers.
Although we operate a 100% powered fleet, we believe everyone should start with the basics. Our boot camp starts with learning to sail. This will build a foundation for your modern maritime training.
After mastering the art of sailing, you will then enter our operational training boot camp, where you will learn many important skills you may need to use in the field..
After boot camp, you will embark on real missions that will make a difference in this world.
The conscription period is for a minimum of 6 years, with renewals every 2 years afterwards.
This is a permanent assignment and cannot be reduced in length.
Careful consideration is highly suggested before signing any conscription document.
All who successfully enlist are entitled to a 10,000 USD, 5,000 GBP, 10,000 CAD or 10,000 AUD bonus.
You will be required to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement and your ability to contact individuals outside the organisation will be severely limited.
This is so you can focus on your training and professional development.
